Return & Refund Policy

At Textily, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a refund or may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price of the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company as they may be holding the funds pending final confirmation.

If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and your financial institution to resolve the issue promptly. Please have your order number and proof of purchase ready when contacting us about a missing refund.
